The Shareholder Hotline is intended to answer shareholder questions regarding the Proxy Statement to be voted on at the upcoming Annual Meeting of the Shareholders, being held January 13, 2004 at 10:00 am at Nematron’s corporate headquarters, located at 5840 Interface Drive, Ann Arbor, MI 48103.
