Limited Warranty Summary

Hardware - Nematron warrants that all standard catalog products will be delivered free from defects in materials and workmanship. Nematron will repair or replace, at no charge to the user, any covered part that fails under normal use and service for a period of 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months from the date of installation, whichever comes first. This warranty does not apply to failures resulting from normal wear, customer damage, abuse, negligence, modification, or unique circumstances not covered in Nematron’s Standard Terms and Conditions.

Software - All software products ship with a 90-day warranty that includes free technical support and all updates released during this period. An Extended Maintenance plan is available in 12-month increments. The extended maintenance plan includes unlimited technical support by phone, fax or email, and automatic software updates as they are released during the covered period.
